CATSKILL MOUNTAIN THUNDER in upstate New York is our big event  and we are  looking forward  to heading up there for  the event!!  its an awesome ride on the bike out thru northern Ct up into Ma and into NY state!!!     SHOVELHEAD will be playing thursday , friday and saturday  Sept 11-12-13  but the whole event goes on from wednesday to Sunday starting with a pub crawl from the Blacktorne Resort Nightclub on Wednesday, to a pig roast on sunday!!    This years headliner bands at Catskill  Mountain Thunder will be The Marshall Tucker Band and Foghat!!!   Gonna be an awesome time!!!
Ariel Burnouts! Biker build offs and bike show! Entertainment all thru the event. awesome food, Biker rodeo, vendors, the wall of death, stunt riders, fireworks..., and a whole lot more!!! and of course...MIKEY!!!!

THE BIG E is a huge event in New England in the Month of September..., last year over 1.4 million people came thru its gates...
SHOVELHEAD will be performing there on CONNECTICUT day Wednesday Sept 17th right at the Connecticut building on the avenue of states... 830 pm...,     we are also doing a jam on a flatbed truck for the 5 p.m parade thru the  BIG E  grounds! gonna be a riot!!!!   Thanks to our Sponsors for this event "BRICKENMORE" and "Tommy's Tattoo Supplie's"

Rumor that the giant butter sculpture this year is of AJ on his drum set....

Sept 20th we will be  at Mikes Famous Harley Davidson in new London CT  for the 1st annual Buddys Ride.. SHOVELHEAD will be there with  Physical Graffitti  and The Jeff Pitchell band,,,
